The Intra-Company Visa (Graduate Trainee) Visa is a variant of the Intra-Company Visa. It is designed for company trainees to transfer to the UK as part of a graduate training program.
The applicant needs to have been issued with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) by their employer before applying. They also need to have worked for at least 3 months for the employer group outside the UK.
There is a minimum salary requirement for the employment position in the UK, set at £23,000 per year.
