How we work

My application seems straightforward. Do I really need an immigration adviser?

Based on our experience, we think that most immigration applications will benefit greatly from some professional attention. This is because given the complexity of immigration rules, it is easy to overlook certain requirements, and only one small mistake can become fatal to an entire application, leading to unnecessary stress and costs. Furthermore, errors may also have a negative impact on future immigration plans.

My circumstances are complicated. Can you help me?

Absolutely! We always take the time to understand the individual circumstances of each and every one of our clients. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the immigration rules, and we often can find solutions for you which are not otherwise immediately obvious.

How does online immigration advice work?

It’s simple. We will begin by sitting down with you over voice call, learning about your circumstances and explaining to you the best course of action. You can then upload documents electronically at your leisure, and you can also reach out to us at any time with questions. We will submit the application on your behalf, and once we receive a decision, we will conclude by sitting down with you over voice call again to explain to you the details of your new immigration status.

Is online immigration advise as good as in person advice?

We believe that online immigration advise is not just as good, but even better than in person advice! With online advice, we remove the hassle of you having to travel to our offices in person. It also allows us the flexibility to fit our services around your schedule.

Can you tell me more about the 20 minutes free consultation?

You can take advantage of the free consultation with any questions regarding immigration you might have. The consultation is 100% obligation free!

Can you guarantee a successful application?

Ultimately the UK government will make a decision on your immigration application. However, we are so confident about the advice we provide that we offer a No-Success No-Fee Guarantee to all our clients.

Can you tell me more about your No-Success No-Fee Guarantee?

If your application is not successful, We will refund you our service fee in full. Our guarantee extends to all applications, except in cases when a client has misrepresented or failed to divulge facts about their case when instructing us.

What are your fees?

We offer our services in three different service plans: ECONOMY, BUSINESS and FIRST. The fixed-fee for the ECONOMY plan is £249, BUSINESS £449, FIRST £649.

How does PaperCrane Visas keep its prices so low?

Thanks to our online adviser model we can save on business expenses such as rent and cost-ineffective physical advertising. This allows us to pass the savings on to you through our low prices. However, we never cut corner when it comes to our continued training and in the quality of the services we provide to you.

Does the fixed price include VAT?

Yes, unlike the price-quoting practice of many other immigration advisers, there is no additional VAT to pay on our fees. Therefore no nasty surprises when the final bill suddenly becomes 20% more expensive!

Are there really no hidden charges?

Yes there really are no hidden charges! We will do all the work necessary to make your application as strong as it can be, regardless of how long that might take us.

Does the fixed price cover UK government fees?

No, our fixed price does not cover UK government fees. However, we will always inform you of those fees before we make a start on your case, so that you can make an informed decision.

Regulations & legal

Can't anyone give immigration advice?

Contrary to popular belief, it is illegal to give immigration advice without authorisation. This is because unqualified immigration advice could lead to devastating consequences for the applicants and their families.

Who is Paperplane Visas regulated by?

PaperPlane Visas is able to offer immigration advice as we are authorised and regulated by the Office of the Immigration Service Commissioner (OISC), a body of the UK government. The OISC ensures that all authorised advisers meet a high standard of expertise and professionalism.

Why is OISC regulation important?

OISC regulation ensures that the advice you receive will be expert and professional. In order to receive OISC authorisation, advisers are required to demonstrate a high level of knowledge of the immigration rules, as well as professional honesty and integrity.

Does PaperPlane Visas provide legal advice?

As immigration is a legal matter, PaperPlane Visas is providing legal advice while we assist you on your immigration case. However, we cannot represent you in court, and we do not process asylum and human rights claims. We can nevertheless point you in the right direction in those cases.
